Silver Jubilee Lugwork
2004 saw the start of production of ten sets of unique lugs one
for each of the ten Jubilee frames.
Each bespoke frame is being built and finished to the highest of standards.
This includes a specially commisioned transfer in the Baines style, produced by Len Ingram,
featuring the frame number 1-10 in its design. A spare set of transfers accompanies each frame,
also a metal head badge will be used for the first time on a T.J. Cycles frame,
cast silver with a polished finish to the high points and hallmarked. To avoid cable damage to the frame finish
concealed cabling will be used. It is hoped that a series of photos will be produced during
each frames passage through the workshop and a handbook produced for each.
There are no set specifications for these frames, as is customary with a T.J.Cycles frame the
buyer can specify their preferences making each of these frames truly unique.
Frames are expected to be priced at around £1500
All ten frames have now been sold.
